Roman Sledziejowski is the Vice Chairman of Savant Strategies, a global management consulting firm he co-founded in 2013.  Savant Strategies provides management consulting services to middle market companies primarily in Latin America, Europe, and South Africa.  Focused on the principle of quality over quantity, Savant Strategies focuses on providing value oriented services to a carefully selected group of clients.

Roman was class valedictorian of his high school while working part-time at Salomon Smith Barney and studied Economics at Columbia University in New York.  At the age of 18, he became the youngest National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) licensed stock broker in United States.
